Private Day Tours by Minibus & Coach

Your Route, Your Stops, Your Pace

You choose the route, the stops and the schedule. Bus Hire Dublin provides private coach and minibus hire for day tours and sightseeing trips across Ireland, with drivers who know the roads and can handle early starts, long drives and everything in between. No queues, no fixed timetables, just your group travelling in comfort.

The Right Vehicle for Your Group

We'll recommend the right vehicle for your group size and itinerary, or you can ask for a specific one from our Fleet page. We cater for every group size, from an 8-seater minibus for a family to coaches of up to 42 seats, and for larger groups we run several vehicles together. For a simple day out without a fixed itinerary, see our coach hire for a day page.

Dublin Day Trips

Some of the most popular group outings don't leave the city at all. We take groups to:

• Dublin Zoo and the Phoenix Park, beside Castleknock

• The Book of Kells and Trinity College

• The Guinness Storehouse, Christ Church Cathedral, St Patrick's Cathedral and Marsh's Library in The Liberties

• Kilmainham Gaol

• Glasnevin Cemetery and the National Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin

• The EPIC Irish Emigration Museum in the Docklands and GPO Witness History on O'Connell Street

• The Howth cliff walk and harbour in Howth

• Zip It in Tibradden Wood, and evenings at Johnnie Fox's in the Dublin Mountains or The Blue Light on Barnacullia

Day Trips Across Ireland

The Wicklow Mountains National Park is one of our most popular day trips, with Glendalough, the Upper Lake and the Wicklow Way all within an hour of the city. Powerscourt Estate and Gardens is just past Bray. We also cover Newgrange and the Boyne Valley, Kilkenny Castle, the Rock of Cashel, the Cliffs of Moher, and Leap Castle in Co. Offaly for those who want a bit of history and atmosphere.

Tours for Visitors, Schools and Golfers

Visiting Ireland? We can collect your group from the plane with our Dublin Airport transfers and start the tour straight away. We also run educational school tours, and sightseeing days for the non-golfers on a golf trip.

Private group tours run nationwide.
