Wheelchair Accessible Group Transport

Adapted Vehicles to Suit Your Needs

Every passenger deserves comfortable, dignified transport. Bus Hire Dublin provides wheelchair accessible minibus and coach hire across Dublin and Ireland, with adapted vehicles and trained drivers who understand the importance of patience, care and attention to individual needs.

Wheelchair Accessible Minibus Layouts

Our accessible vehicles have ramps or lifts, spacious interiors and secure wheelchair restraint systems. Layouts in our fleet include:

• 10 seats plus 2 wheelchairs

• 12 seats plus 1 wheelchair

• 8 seats plus 1 wheelchair

• 4 seats plus 4 wheelchairs

• 1 seat plus 4 wheelchairs

Several of these convert to a standard 16-seater when no wheelchairs are travelling. Multiple buses can be provided if needed. See every vehicle on our Fleet page, or our main minibus hire page.

We Recommend the Right Vehicle for You

Please tell us the type of wheelchair when booking so we can confirm the right vehicle. Electric wheelchairs vary in size and weight, and we want to make sure every journey is comfortable and safe. For larger groups with several wheelchair users, we can run more than one accessible vehicle together.

Mixed-Ability Groups Welcome

We cater for individual passengers with accessibility needs within a larger group, as well as fully accessible group bookings:

• Wheelchair users travelling within mixed-ability groups

• Care home, day service and assisted living outings

• Hospital and medical appointment transport

• Pupils with additional needs on school tours

• Accessible day trips and sightseeing

• Weddings and family occasions

• Accessible Dublin Airport transfers

Family and Children's Outings

For families and groups with accessibility needs, Go Kids Go is one of the Dublin children's venues with accessible facilities that we serve regularly. Tell us your group's needs when booking and we'll confirm the right vehicle and the venue's access arrangements.

Accessible Transport Across Dublin

We regularly collect from care homes, day services and homes in Tallaght, Blanchardstown, Swords, Lucan and across the city. See all the areas we cover.

Specify the type of wheelchair when booking so we can confirm the appropriate vehicle. Electric wheelchairs vary in size and weight and we want to ensure a comfortable, safe journey.
